In addition to his years spent on the manufacturing side of the bike industry (including his own line of custom Paisley frames), Scott’s done technical support at both the Ironman and the Race Across America. Scott is naturally gifted with his hands and has a firm understanding of all things mechanical. Roger reads the tech manual for almost every part or product he services. Roger's German fixation on precision with his years of experience are reflected in every bike that leaves his workstand.

What this means to you is that Roger and Scott know the difference between putting a band-aid on your bike and providing a solution to your bike's needs, all with a quick turnaround and a fair price.

Different riders have different needs. At Blue Wheel, the perfect fit means matching your bike's set-up to your body--not just your height, but also your current fitness, your flexibility, the terrain you live in, and the type of riding you want to do.

One part art and one part science, bike fitting is a complicated process that begins by listening to you.

Bikes and Frames

When it comes to bikes these days, it's hard to distinguish quality from hype. That's we sell only bikes we believe in. For us, that means manufacturers like Felt, Fisher, Bianchi, Jamis, Breezer and Seven, as well as Scott's own Paisley frames. We're not interested in moving hundreds of bikes each week. We're interested in helping our customers, one at a time, find the perfect bike.

You're not just buying a bicycle, you're also buying the knowledge, the fitting, a year of free adjustments*, and the assembly. The initial assembly of a bicycle has much to do with how it wears and how it stands the test of time. Blue Wheel stands behind its bicycles and the careful labor that went in to building them.
